General Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the GeoDefender software (“Software”) provided by PRAGMIO, with its registered office at Owocowy Sad 24/2, 05-500 Piaseczno, Poland (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to and using the Software, you (“Subscriber”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

GeoDefender is a software add-on for Windows Defender that enhances your digital security by blocking connections from selected countries. It is designed to provide an additional layer of security for your Windows operating system.

3. Subscription

Your subscription to GeoDefender is subject to monthly or annual renewal, depending on the option you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time. The features available to you will depend on the subscription tier you choose.

4. Use of Software

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.

5. Download at Your Own Risk

The Software is made available for download and use at your own risk. PRAGMIO is not responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download or use of the Software. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

The Software, including all software, text, images, graphics, video, and audio contained within it, is owned by PRAGMIO and is protected by Poland and international copyright laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, without prior written consent from PRAGMIO.

7. No Guarantees

The Software is provided “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRAGMIO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRAGMIO and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Amendments to Terms

PRAGMIO reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and will update these Terms in the event of any such amendments. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

§ 4 Prices and Payment

(1) The listed prices represent the final prices to be paid by the Subscriber for the subscription to the Software. These prices are clearly indicated before the finalization of the subscription process.

(2) Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the listed prices. VAT will be applied and shown during the order process and is dependent on the country of origin (recipient country) of the Subscriber as per applicable laws.
